PURPOSE:To rapidly and accurately detect a minute amount of leakage, by detecting the height of a liquid level changed by the inflow of a minute amount of a leaked liquid into a leakage detection container as the change in back pressure and operating a control circuit on the basis of the change at the outlet of a differential pressure transmitting line. CONSTITUTION:Each floor drain 1 is guided to each leakage detection container 2 at every system and a lower container 3 is provided under the container 2 so as to be connected to said container 2 by an outflow pipe 4. The upper end of the outflow pipe 4 is opened to the bottom part of the container 2 and covered with a cap 5. The outflow pipe 4 is connected to a vent line 6b having a valve 7 at the leading end thereof. Back pressure measuring pipings 8a, 8b are respectively connected to the container 2 and the cap 5 while a differential pressure transmitter to said lines 8a, 8b. The differential pressure transmitter 9 detects the rising in back pressure generated when a leaked liquid is flowed into the container 2 and outputs the same to a control circuit 10 as a leakage signal. The control circuit 10 outputs an alarm signal corresponding to the magnitude of the output thereof. |
