A polycrystalline silicon conductor track whose surface is oxidised is used in the I<2>L circuit to drive the injectors. Running across said oxidised silicon conductor track are metallic conductor tracks which are necessary for making contact to semiconductor regions of the rest of the circuit. <IMAGE>
