PURPOSE:To obtain excellent bonding strength without preheating an adhesive and/or a body to be bonded to a high temp., by such a simple method that a poliolefinic (PO) adhesive is interposed between bodies to be bonded each comprising crosslinked polyolefin PO and an ultrasonic wave is subsequently applied to the bonded part to perform bonding under heating. CONSTITUTION:A polyolefinic adhesive is interposed between bodies to be bonded each comprising crosslinked polyolefin and an ultrasonic wave is applied to the bonded part to bond both of them under heating. As polyolefin constituting the crosslinked PO bodies to be bonded, for example, a homopolymer or copolymer of an 1-8C olefin, a copolymer of an 1-8C olefin and other copolymerizable monomer or a halogenated modified polymer thereof can be designated. The gel component ratio of crosslinked PO is pref. 20wt% or more in usual and 40wt% or more is especially pref. As the adhesive, all of the known PO type adhesives can be used. |
