PURPOSE:To heighten the heat transfer effect of a heat exchange part by a structure wherein heat absorptive metal heat absorbing fins are integrally welded by brazing to the inner side surface of spirally wound bath water heating metal pipe and service hot water heating metal pipe of diametrically large and small double annular heating cylinders in such a manner than the fins and the pipes intersect at right angles. CONSTITUTION:Diametrically large and small double annular heating cylinders 5 and 6 consists in spirally winding two systems of heat-resisting, heat-transmitting metal heating pipes 3 and 4, both of which used for heating bath water 1 and the other of which is used for shower service hot water 2. The metal pipes 3 and 4 are integrally welded to each other by brazing with heat-transmitting brazing material. Heat absorptive metal heat absorbing fins 25 and 25' are integrally welded to the inner side surface of the metal heating pipes 3 and 4 by brazing in such a manner that the fins 25 and 25' intersect the pipes 3 and 4 at right angles and made by continuously bending heat-transmitting metal plate. The double annular cylinders heighten the heat transfer effect. At the same time, because the heat absorbing fins with ample heat transfer area are welded to the flame contact surface of the respective annular heating cylinders, while the heating of bath water and hot water supply is changed-over, heat conduction is effectively done, resulting in improving the heat transfer effect at the heat exchange part. |
