PURPOSE:To prevent a passing current from generating by suitably disposing a transistor in a power IC such as a motor drive circuit. CONSTITUTION:NPN type transistors Q2, Q5, Q8 are respectively disposed between PNP type transistors Q1, Q4, Q7 and NPN type transistors Q3, Q6, Q9, and the distances between the PNP type transistors Q1, Q4, Q7 and the NPN type transistors Q3-Q9 are increased without losing the integration. The PNP type transistors Q1, Q4, Q7 are respectively complementary-connected with the NPN type transistors Q2, Q5, Q7 to drive the NPN type transistors Q2, Q5, Q8. Further, the transistors NPN type Q3, Q6, Q9 are connected in cascade with the NPN type transistors Q2, Q5, Q8. |
