<p>PURPOSE:To prevent electric loads from concentrating and consequently contrive to uniformize the load by a method wherein the energizing of a midnight power heater is controlled by the signals sent from an arithmetic means and a temperature detection means. CONSTITUTION:An energizing controlling means 11 controls the energizing to a midnight power heater 2 by a signal of an arithmetic means 10, which calculates the energizing starting time based upon the difference between a signal from a temperature detection means 3 and a hot water temperature signal set in advance at a hot water temperature setting means 6. The daily energizing hours to the midnight power heater 11 are detected up to the preceding day by an energizing detection means 8 and the data for a certain fixed period (such as for a week) are stored in a memorizing means 9. A selection part 12 selects the maximum value from the data on daily energizing hours for the certain fixed period in order for an arithmetic part 13 to calculate the energizing starting time to the midnight power heater 2 based upon the select maximum value. A timer part 14 sends to the energizing controlling means 11 a signal, which controls to check the energizing to the midnight power heater 2 until the energizing starting time. Thus, because the energizing starting time is calculated and controlled, the concentration of electric load is prevented from occurring, resulting in contriving to uniformize the electric loads.</p> |
