PURPOSE:To prevent dispersion treatment efficiency from lowering in even a large-sized apparatus by making specified range of average value for product of each outside peripheral end area of plural stirring blades wherein a rotary shaft is held in common and circumferential velocity in outside periphery against effective volume of a vessel. CONSTITUTION:In manufacture of solid dispersion liquid wherein solid-liquid suspension liquid consisting of liquid dispersion medium and solid particle dispersed and suspended thereto is stirred together with dispersion auxiliary medium with stirring blades 3 more than two pieces holding a rotary shaft 2 in common, when the effective volume of a vessel 1, outside peripheral end area of i-th stirring blade among stirring blades 3 of (n) pieces and circumferential velocity in outside periphery of i-th stirring blade is V, Si and vi respectively, the condition of the formula is satisfied. As a result, in case of not only small-sized volume but also medium-sized volume and large-sized volume more than 40l, dispersion treatment of material to be treated can be performed for a short time and excellent dispersion treatment efficiency is obtained. |
