METHOD FOR DECIDING DEFECTIVENESS OR NONDEFECTIVENESS OF CONNECTION

PURPOSE:To enable detection of whether the adhered part between polyolefin (PO) adherends is nondefective or not on site by using an ultrasonic wave to decide the defectiveness or nondefectiveness thereof. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic wave is impressed to the plural points of the adhered part between PO adherends and the reflection time is compared, then the reflection time changes according to whether the adhered part is nondefective or not. If the defectiveness or nondefectiveness is decided by using such change, the detection of whether the adhered part between the PO adherends is nondefective or not on site is made possible.
