PURPOSE:The titled ink that contains a thickener resin with good compatibility to metal powder and good adhesion and shows good dispersion stability of the metal powder pigment included and excellent fluidity per se, thus giving pressurized type ball point pens of good usability. CONSTITUTION:The objective ink is obtained by using (A) a solvent such as benzyl alcohol, (B) a polymer which is soluble in the component A and gives the resultant ink viscoelasticity, cohesion and/or adhesion such as polyvinyl pyrrolidone, (C) a component giving thixotropy such as fine particles of silicon dioxide and (D) a metal powder pigment such as bronze powder. The component D is preferably of leaf type of less than 50mu in particle size. |
