摘要

PURPOSE:To alleviate the processing of a controller by providing the control units for controlling the speeds of carriers which place articles by an instruction from the controller in a plurality of stations provided along a conveying path. CONSTITUTION:A system controller 1 controls the entire system on the basis of a request from a window of a carriage request customer. A linear motor controller 2 controls a stations STa-STn by a carriage command from the controller 1. The control units 3a-3n are respectively provided in the stations STa-STn, control to excite stators of the stations in response to the command from the controller 2 to control to drive carriers CR.
