PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a device by inputting a test signal together with digital output data and by detecting an error of data of a final output signal by using them. CONSTITUTION:A digital computer that is not shown in the figure outputs Do data Dp composed of a parity bit to register 1 together wit digital output Do data, namely Do-Dn at the same time. Then, outputs of transistors TR4-1-TR4-n driven by its output are parity-checked by parity checking circuit 6 and the results are outputted by parity check signal CHK. Receiving them, computer reads signal CHK to know the final digital output, thereby performing corresponding processing. Thus, the reliability of the device can be improved. |
