A damping device is operated by emitting heat from the thermal compressor of an airconditioner when the cooling device is operated. An exchange switch (21) consists of a cooling room switch (18), a heating switch(19), and a heating and damping switch (20). The electric circuit comprises an exchanging switch (21), a micro switch (16), a solenoid valve (11,12), and a power switch (22).
