PURPOSE:To enable to use without selecting a district and to use even out of door irrespective of the voltage and the frequency of a power source by driving a motor with a constant DC power source. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 5 is closed, a DC voltage 7 is supplied to oscillating means 8. Then, the base and collector currents of a transistor 10 are flowed. Most of the voltage 7 is applied to both ends of the primary winding 11-1. At this time, a capacitor 12 is charged to the shown polarity. When the collector current reaches the prescribed value, the potential difference between the (c) and the (d) of the secondary winding 11-2 is eliminated, a base current becomes 0, and the transistor 10 is turned OFF. Then, the charge of the capacitor 12 starts discharging, and when the base voltage of the transistor 10 arrives at the ON voltage, the collector current again flows. Thus, a periodic pulse is generated and amplified between the tertiary windings (e) and (f), and supplied to a load 6. |
