PURPOSE:To prevent an output signal pulse width from depending on temperature by constituting a monostable multivibrator with a reference voltage circuit, a time constant circuit, a comparator circuit, a reset signal generating means, an FF circuit and a reset switch means. CONSTITUTION:When a high level set trigger signal Si is inputted to a set input terminal 35, the FF circuit 30 is set, a voltage at an output terminal 41 goes to a high level and a charging current flows to a time constant circuit 39. When a terminal voltage of a capacitor C is larger than a reference voltage VR after a prescribed time T0, a reset signal transistor (TR)Q9 is turned on by a comparator circuit 37, the FF circuit 30 is reset, a reset TRQ10 is turned on and the electric charge in the capacitor C is discharged. Thus, the reset signal generating TRQ9 is turned off and a reset output terminal 40 of the FF circuit 30 is kept to a high level reset state.
