PURPOSE:To produce a diaphragm for speaker of good productivity and superior quality by mounting the diaphragm body to a mold provided with an edge form part and spraying a resin to the edge form part thereby forming the edge part coupled to the diaphragm body. CONSTITUTION:By using a rotary mold 9 which has a center guide 5, is provided with an edge form part 6 at the circumferential edge part and is provided with a cooling part 8 for injecting a cooling medium 7 in the lower part thereof, a diaphragm body 4 is positioned by fitting its central opening onto the center guide 5, after which while the mold 9 is being rotated, the hot melt resin (edge material) 10 having been hot melted is sprayed from a spray nozzle 11 to the edge form part 6 and is then cooled with the cooling part 8 to be cured and filmed, whereby the edge part 12 having been integrated with the body 4 is formed. In the case of using a reaction type adhesive agent as the edge material, a heating part with a built- in heater is provided in place of the cooling part 8 and the reaction is accelerated by heating to form the edge 12. |
