PURPOSE:To prevent a transient noise from being generated by impressing an analog switch control signal to an inverting input terminal via a capacitor in a switching circuit provided with an analog switch giving intermittently an analog signal to a non-inverting input of a differential amplifier. CONSTITUTION:A coupling capacitor 9 couples a control pulse 6 and an inverting input of the differential amplifier 2 and the control pulse 6 is fed to a non- inverting input of the amplifier 2 via a leakage capacitor 8 of the analog switch 1 switching an input signal 5. As a result, since the control pulse 6 is impressed to the inverting and non-inverting input, the signals are cancelled and no pulse noise appears at an output 7.
