PURPOSE:To prevent sticking of organisms in an alternately operating system consisting of plural lines by setting a temp. elevating period of sea water for a suspended line and a sea water passing period, alternately. CONSTITUTION:In a plant using sea water comprising an alternately operating system consisting of plural lines, sea water is circulated through a pipe 9, valve 18, carbureter 5-2, and a valve 19 in a line by opening valves 18, 19 and starting a circulation pump 11, and the temp. is maintained by a heating means 10 while sensing the temp. by a temp. sensing and controlling means 20. Then, valves 14, 15 are opened and sea water is supplied to the carbureter 5-2, and valves 12, 13, 18, and 19 are closed. By repeating the procedure, sticking of organisms is prevented.
