PURPOSE:To generate an alarm even when a pulse error occurs between pulses or when an indentifying and regenerating circuit stops its operation by monitoring discriminated and regenerated pulses. CONSTITUTION:When signal pulses 5 form a pulse sequence with pulse width gamma and a pulse period 2gamma, the delay time of a delay circuit 6 is set to gamma and then if a pulse error occurs between pulses, a monitoring circuit output 10 goes up to a level H and an output 15 also goes up to the level H through a monostable multivibrator 12 and an OR circuit 14 to generate an alarm. When there is no pulse input to the indentifying and regenerating circuit 3 or when the circuit stops it operation, the output 11 of a peak detecting circuit 9 is at the level H and the output 15 is held at the level H through an OR circuit 14 to generate an alarm. |
