The telescopic formation comprises outer (2) and inner (1) cylindrical parts displaceable relatively to one another. These are locked in a reciprocally determined position, pref. in their outer position. The heel formation (4) is on the outer part (2) and the lockring (5) is fitted on the inner part (1). The lock can be freed by relative rotation of the parts (1,2) so that a component (3) eccentrically fitted in relation to the centre line of the parts moves the heel (4) out of its locking position. |
