SUBSAMPLE TRANSMISSION SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE:To remove the teturn component of a subsample transmit signal by separating an original picture signal into a low and high frequency component and transmitting the high frequency component through two lines. CONSTITUTION:The input original picture signal is separated into its low and high frequency components at a transmission side to generate the low frequency component as it is and the high frequency component for two lines, and they are inputted to a subsample encoder. The transmitted signal is returned at a reception side and a removing decoder calculates the sum of components of two lines; and they are passed through a coefficient multiplier 1/2 and decoded to obtain only the low frequency component having no return component.
