PURPOSE:To obtain a display device to which a colored thin-film layer is adhered easily by forming plural layers on an electrode by electrodeposition and thus providing the color thin-film layer. CONSTITUTION:The coloration of the light nonemission type display device is attained on the basis of the principle of subtractive color mixture and the specific colored thin film layer is formed of plural color electrodeposited layers. At least one group is extended from array positions of other terminals so that terminal parts are connected preferably independently or overlapping one another by colors, thus performing the adhesion efficiently. Consequently, electrodes to be colored are laminated successively without leading out, one by one, and then only colored in desired color. For the purpose, the electrode group to be laminated is only extended from other electrode groups and then they are connected easily and electrically. |
