PURPOSE:To make it possible to simultaneously round the surfaces of micro holes formed in a plate-like member, by attaching the plate-like member to a jig board which is in turn attached to a mechanism which performs revolution and parallel swinging motion with respect to wires coaxial with the holes. CONSTITUTION:A suitable tension is applied to wires 2 piercing through holes in a plate-like member 1 secured to a jig board 3, and are secured at both ends to fixing hardwares 4a through 4d by means of screws. Further, the jig board 3 is secured to a rotary disc 6 with a pin 5 being eccentric, and the rotary disc 6 is secured to a motor 11 by means of a fixing screw 7 so that the jig board 3 is eccentrically rotated when the motor 11 rotates. Meanwhile, since the motor 11 is attached to a motor attaching bed 10 which is slid in the direction indicated by the arrow X, on swingable guide shafts 8a, 8b by means of another motor, the jig board 3 carris out swinging motion in addition to the eccentric motion, and therefore, the inner surface of the holes in the plate-like member 1 secured to the jig board 3 may be rounded. Accordingly the efficiency of the process may be greatly enhanced. |
