PURPOSE:To provide the titled food composed of honey and cyclodextrin (CD), free from hygroscopicity, having mild smell, and suitable as a raw material of various health foods, seasonings or pharmaceuticals, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is produced by thoroughly mixing (A) honey with (B) CD (preferably beta-CD), and drying the mixture.
