NEW MATERIAL:A substance of inducing the development of IL2R (which is composed of a fraction of 15,000-20,000 molecular weight and 7.3, 7.7 and 7.9 isoelectric points and another fraction of 15,000-20,000 and/or 35,000-40,000 molecular weight and 4-5 isoelectric point; a lymphokine which is produced by human normal T-cells or its hybridoma or by human malignant T-cells. USE:Diagnostic and treatment agent used in autoimmune diseases, immune deficiency and cancers. PREPARATION:Human spleen cells are cultured in a PRMI medium containing 10% serum of fetal calf (FCS) in the presence of 10% PHA in Falcon culture flasks and the culture mixture is centrifuged to collect the supernatant fluid. The objective human interleukin 2-receptor developing inducer is separated therefrom. |
