PURPOSE:To weld piles thoroughly as well as to heighten strength per unit area for cohesion, by performing high frequency welding in a state that hot melt powder stagnates around each pile. CONSTITUTION:A pat 1 is made up of sift vinyl chloride resin or the like and provided with antislip jogs on its surface. A backing layer made of thermoplastic of low density polyethylene or the like is installed in the backside of a carpet 2.
