PURPOSE:To establish inspection techniques provided with safety in quality control by performing leakage inspection as primary measurement then making secondary measurement in continuation. CONSTITUTION:At the time of inspection, the works to be inspected are supplied to work receiving parts 12, 12', respectively, and the right and left works are pressurized by opening a primary pressurizing valve 7. A pressure is being applied to a differential pressure transducer 7 from a test pressure supply pipeline 15 through balance valves 14, 14'. Next, the large leakage detection of the works is carried out by closing the valve 7 and closing secondary pressurizing valves 8, 8' for a fixed time only. Next, the pressures are measured by opening the valves 8, 8', and changing over balance valves 14, 14' and closing primary measuring valves 10, 10' after the pressure balance time of the transducer 17. Next, with the valves 10, 10' held closed, only one of secondary measuring valves 11, 11' is closed, and the secondary measurement is carried out. |
