摘要 PURPOSE:To analyze continuously without separation of bubbles, by detecting the components of a sample by pouring a prescribed amount of the sample solution into a flow of carrier solution by switching a valve set up on the way of flow, and mixing the sample solution held between the carrier solutions with a reagent at the junction of two flows, and reacting in a reaction coil. CONSTITUTION:For example, reagents are transmitted continuously or intermittently by pumps 6, 8 from a dissolving tank 5 of 5% ammonium molibdate and a tank 7 of 3.5N sulfuric acid solution to a junction part 9. A sample solution 3 is poured simultaneously into the flow of carrier solution 1 (0.4M NaOH) by switching a three-way cock 2 and with pump 4. The sample solution 3 held between the carrier solution 1 is mixed with the reagents 5, 7 at the junction 9, and transmitted to a flow type electrolytic cell 10 impressed of a constant potential difference through a reaction coil 12. Electric current passes to the cell 10 by switching the three-way cock to the flow of the sample solution. The electric current decreases and settles at constant value by switching to the flow of carrier solution 4 after prescribed time. Detection of ion of PO4 or SO3 is carried out by the passed electric current (i). Thus, the analysis is performed in flow system with a simple apparatus.
