PURPOSE:To stop offering service to only an illegal service receiving subscriber by providing a battery which supplies an operating current to a storage circuit stored with call codes integrally with the storage circuit, and replacing the battery together with the storage circuit when the battery becomes flat. CONSTITUTION:An input radio signal is demodulated and amplified by a radio part 2 and converted by a waveform shaping circuit 3 into a digital signal, which is outputted to a decoder 4. The decoder 4 compares the contents of a PROM circuit 5 stored with selective call codes with the signal from the circuit 3 and sends a detection signal to a message processing part 6 when their coincidence is confirmed to make preparations for the processing of following message data. When the processing part 6 detects the end of a message signal, its detection signal is outputted to the decoder 4 to allows a speaker 8 to sound through an amplification part 7 and also displays message information on an LCD9. The battery for readout current supply is constituted in the PROM5 together with the circuit 5, which is replaced when the battery becomes flat; and the charging is updated on every completion of an in-use period, so only a subscriber who is in arrears with the charge is selected and the service to the subscriber is stopped. |
