<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an inner layer from buckling or an outer layer from loosening by decreasing a winding tension upon increasing of a winding layer on the basis of the prescribed exponential function. CONSTITUTION:When gradually weakening a widing tension upon increasing of a winding layer, the tension F is controlled in accordance with the following equation. F=Ae<-k(n-1)>, where A is an initial tension, i.e., the winding tension of the first layer, n is the number of the winding layers, and k is a constant decided by the winding tension Fend of the outermost layer of the coil and the number N of the winding layers, and there is a relation of Fend=Ae<-k(>N<-1)>. In this equation, the tension A of the first layer is decided to the value lower than the withstand strength of a superconductive conductor, and the tension Fend of the outermost layer is determined to the lower value of the degree that the winding is not loosened. The winding tension of the second and later layers is decreased in accordance with the exponential function represented by the equation I upon increasing of the winding layer, thereby eliminating a buckling in the inner layer, a looseness in the outer layer and forming a superconductive coil.</p> |
