PURPOSE:To eliminate the labor of a separating work and to further automatically weld by accurately forming a projection at the prescribed position of a core surface in accordance with a program predetermined before the step of punching by a press. CONSTITUTION:When a cylinder 5 is first driven to move a cap plate 4 on a core blank 10 before punching by a press in accordance with a program cooperated with the drive of the press or predetermined, a recess 4a is reciprocated to press it under a projecting cutting blade. Then, a projection 10a is formed on the lower surface of the blank 10. When the recess 4a is disposed on the blade 1, the blade 1 is lifted by a spring 2, and the surface of the blank 10 is fed as flat to a press. A gap 23 for separating at every prescribed thickness of a laminated core 20 punched by a punch 15 and a die 16 by the projection 10a and sequentially laminated is formed, a welding is automatically interrupted to form the core 20 of the prescribed thickness. |
