This clip comprises a head 3 on the lower face of which there project two branches 4, 5 equipped with shoulders 6, 7 for fixing two pieces 24, 25, equipped with corresponding holes, between the head and the shoulders. It comprises, moreover, a spacing member having a cylindrical stem terminated at one end by an enlarged part 11 of elliptical cross-section. The head 3 has an opening which allows the part 11 to pass freely. The stem is terminated at the other end by a cap 8 equipped with a rib 14 which can rotate through a little more than 90 DEG in a recess 15 made in the head 3. By rotating the spacing member the part 11 is caused to turn beyond the position of maximum spacing of the branches 4, 5, so that the spacer is held, by means of the rib 14 and by the tension in the branches, in a position crossing the neutral position. <IMAGE>
