The invention relates to the technical field of equipment for manufacturing ices and, particularly, is connected with a pasteurization machine. The said machine comprises a container 3 for the products to be pasteurized, connected both to a refrigerant circuit 11 and to a heating circuit 15 equipped with a small boiler 12 heated up by burners 13, which small boiler 12 conveys the hot water towards the container 3 via pipes 14a, 14b forming part of the heating circuit 15 and extending, at least at their initial part, parallel to the hydraulic circuit 10 which supplies the same heating circuit 15 and the container 3 with water at ambient temperature. The machine is used for the thermal treatment of liquid mixtures intended for forming ices. <IMAGE>
