PURPOSE:The composition which is inexpensive and flexible, has a low volume resistivity, can be molded into a sheet and can be used as a conductor or an electrode in a corrosive atmosphere, prepared by adding a specified electroconductive material to a specified polymer component. CONSTITUTION:The titled composition prepared by adding an electroconductive material selected from among carbon black (preferably, one having a specific surface area of about 900-1,100m<2>/g, used in amount of about 15-30wt%) and graphite fiber (preferably, one having an average diameter of 10-15mu and an average length of 10-15mu, used in an amount of about 3-10wt%) to a polymer component comprising a polyolefin thermoplastic resin (e.g., high-density PE, low-density PE, or PP) and a thermoplastic elastomer (based on an olefin). This composition can be used as a conductor or an electrode in a corrosive atmosphere, has flexibility, and high electro-conductivity, and is light and inexpensive.
