PURPOSE:To maintain the flatness of a transparent conductive film which operates as a common electrode and to make a sharp color display without any deterioration in color tone by laminating a transparent conductive film which is formed by adhering a transparent conductive film as a common electrode to a transparent resin film in one body on a color filter layer. CONSTITUTION:The transparent conductive film 6 formed by vapor-depositing the transparent conductive film 62 of ITO etc., on one side of the transparent resin film 61 of polyester, etc., is used. Namely, the transparent conductive film 6 is stuck on the color filter layer 2 which has the surface projected and recessed corresponding to color segments R, G, and B one to one by using a polyvinyl alcohol adhesive and an oriented film is formed thereupon to form a laminate structure. Therefore, the transparent conductive film 6 is laminated while maintaining its flatness almost without any influence of projections and recesses of the surface of the color filter layer 2. Consequently, the oriented film 5' on the transparent conductive film 62 made of ITO which operates as the common electrode is flat, not to mention the transparent conductive film 62. |
