Centralised greasing installation comprising a certain number of lubricant metering/distributing devices of a known type connected in a loop to a supply unit 1 operating intermittently and arranged in order, on each cycle, to send pressure into a loop start duct 5 and to control the increase in pressure in the loop return 6 in order to stop the cycle, which installation is characterised in that it comprises, in bypass on the loop or on the loop return, at least one auxiliary device 8 comprising a hydraulic accumulator 9, connected by means of a two-way valve device 1 on the one hand to a duct 12 connected to the loop and, on the other hand, to a discharge duct 13 returning to the lubricant tank 2, so as to allow the passage from the loop duct 12 to the accumulator 9 when the loop is under pressure, and to allow the discharge of the accumulator 9 to the discharge duct 13 without being able to return to the loop, when the pressure in the loop has fallen. <IMAGE>
