The invention relates to the dispensing at will of stored liquid without external contact. The liquid 4 is enclosed in a flexible fluidtight pouch 3, 15 which is sealed 20; this pouch is supported such that it is free to flatten; the flexible pipe is inserted in a clamping device 6, 18 which can be released at will; the sealed end of the pipe protruding beyond the clamping device is cut off and the liquid is dispensed through the pipe by successively releasing and pinching the pipe as required, while the pouch flattens without intake of air. Application in particular to the dispensing of sterile detergent for the hands in a surgical unit. <IMAGE>
