PURPOSE:To obtain a cushion ring at a low cost by molding a rubber material or a metal material into a long form and cutting said material to a prescribed length and bending said material to a ring form. CONSTITUTION:A rubber material is extruded into a mold and formed to a long thin material 20, and in this case, the mold structure is simple and the cost for mold can be reduced. The material 20 is cut into a prescribed circumferential length and bent into ring form, and the both edges are joined by adhesive. When a cushion ring is constituted of metal material, a long wire material is cut to a prescribed circumferential length, and formed into ring form, and a spring- washer-shaped cushion ring 70 whose both edges are separated in the axial direction is formed. Since said cushion ring 70 is formed into ring form by bending a long wire material, material cost can be cut. |
