SKIN PASS OF BRIGHT COLD-ROLLED STEEL SHEET

摘要

PURPOSE:To prepare cold rolled steel sheet with high gloss efficiently in a good yield, by using an aqueous skin pass fluid having a specified kinetic coefficient of friction. CONSTITUTION:Wet skin pass is performed by using an aqueous skin pass liquid with a kinetic friction coefficient of 0.5 or higher consisting of a 1.0-2.0wt% aqueous soln. of at least one phosphate (e.g. Na3PO3) or an aqueous soln. which contains 0.5-1.0wt% phosphate and 0.1-1.0wt% at least one of borate (e.g. borax), carbonate and nitrite.
