摘要 |
PURPOSE:To quicken a read speed and also to measure accurately an irradiated luminous amount by providing a reset switch in parallel with an address switch switching an optical signal output from a photodetector. CONSTITUTION:Plural photodiodes 11-1N constitute a photodetection section and address switches 21-2N are provided to read sequentially a signal from the arrangement of the photodiodes. The reset switches 31-3N are provided in parallel with the address switches 21-2N. The reset switches 31-3N are conductive when the read operation of the address switches 21-2N is finished and the switches are turned off and a reset current is applied from a power supply 8 to the photodiodes 11-1N. Through the constitution above, since the ON-period of the address switches is decreased, the read speed is quickened.
