PURPOSE:To protect assuredly a disc-like recording medium by forming a holder hole for storing the recording medium on the upper surface of a plate material, a holder having a disc receiving rib for receiving the peripheral edge of the recording medium and a cover body attachable/detachable closing the holder hole. CONSTITUTION:A compact disc D is stored in the holder 11 so as to be supported by the disc receiving rib 15. Although the recording surface d1 of the disc D is turned to the lower direction, a gap (h) is formed between the recording surface d1 and the bottom 12b of the holder hole 12 because the disc D is supported by the disc receiving rib 15. A through hole 19 is formed on the center of the disc D, locking claws 20 are formed on three positions of the peripheral edge of the cover body with equal intervals and the cover body is set up on the cover receiving part 14 so that the attachable/detachable locking claws 20 are inserted and engaged into/with the locking hole 17 formed on the cover receiving part of the holder 11, so that the holder hole 12 can be closed.
