PURPOSE:To reduce the number of component elements and improve a reliability of the component element by a method wherein a sine wave oscillation is a source of generating a wave and an interrupt signal for a microcomputer is used as a driving signal for a humidity sensor element. CONSTITUTION:An output from an oscillator circuit 2 is limited by a humidity sensing element 4 and an oscillation frequency and an oscillation wave form are limited by the humidity sensing element. The oscillation waveform is a sine wave and its amplitude is defined as several volts. The oscillation frequency is of about several hundreds Hz to several kHzs. In order to apply this frequency range as an interrupt input signal for the microcomputer 1, it is necessary to enlarge the amplitude. Therefore, the oscillation circuit 2 is set to have a sine wave signal having its magnitude incident to the interrupt input signal for the microcomputer 1, and the signal for the humidity sensing circuit 3 is fed through a damper 8, resulting in that the interrupt signal can be used as a driving signal for the point humidity sensing element 4.
