发明名称 RESISTANCE LOAD TYPE WATTMETER
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to simply measure the power of high-power high frequency performing pulse oscillation by one pulse, by attaching a temp. measuring resistor to the surface of a resistor and coinciding the temp. distribution of each resistor. CONSTITUTION:As a resistor, thermally decomposed graphite 24 having anisotropy in heat conductivity is used and said resistor is arranged so that the radius direction and peripheral direction of a support wave guide 14 are set to a direction high in the heat conductivity of the graphite 24 while a membrane like temp. measuring resistor 25 is attached in a rectangular form in a direction high in the heat conductivity of the graphite 24. In this case, time constant, wherein heat is conducted to the longitudinal direction of the resistor 25, is almost equal to that wherein heat is conducted through the graphite 24 and the temp. distribution in the longitudinal direction of the resistor 25 is coincided with that in the direction along the resistor 25 of the graphite 24. Therefore, high frequency power absorbed by the graphite 24 can be accurately measured.
