PURPOSE:To attain stable connection by inserting a voice coil bobbin in a recessed part formed to a diaphragm, connecting it to a front face skin layer and reinforcing the connection part between the front face skin layer and the voice coil bobbin with a reinforcement layer larger than the diameter of the said voice coil bobbin. CONSTITUTION:A part of the rear face skin layer 4 and a core 2 are removed together with adhesives 5, 6 so as to form the recessed part 15 while the front face skin layer 3 of the diaphragm 1 of laminated structure is left, the voice coil bobbin 7 is inserted in the recessed part 15 from the rear direction, the tip of the voice coil bobbin 7 is bonded to the front face skin layer 3 directly by an adhesives 8 or via a bobbin cap 9 with an adhesives 5. Then the reinforcement layer 12 large than the diameter of the voice coil bobbin 7 is used and the reinforcement layer 12 is connected to the outside being the front face of the front face skin layer 3 nearly concentrically with the voice coil bobbin 7. |
