<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a tape player body to be exclusively used for reproducing from miserasing under reproducing conditions by switching an interruption piece from an interrupting position to an allowable position by using operation executed when a recording unit is coupled with the player body to enable the operator to depress a recording button. CONSTITUTION:The REC button 6 is engaged with a slidable REC slider 20 by guiding parts 18, 19. A prevention arm 26 excited in the counterclockwise direction by a spring 25 is engaged with a supporting shaft 24, its locking part 26a is opposed to the 1st bending 20b of the REC slider 20 and a detection part 26b is formed on the other end, so that the forward driving of the REC slider is interrupted under said state. When the recording unit 12 is moved from the left to the right to be coupled with the body, the detecting projection 16 of the recording unit 12 presses the detection part 26b in the right direction, so that the prevention arm 26 is rotated in the clockwiser direction, the locking part 26a is unlocked and the REC slider 20 is allowed to be driven forward.</p> |
