The invention relates to precast monolithic modules intended for the construction of buildings and their method of manufacture. These modules are mainly characterised in that they are made by casting, in three-dimensional pouring, using vibrated expanded aggregate concrete which is reinforced with distributed reinforcing drawn metal fibres. The evacuation of rainwater is carried out by means of devices which are integral with the concrete structure. These modules 1 may be juxtaposed and superimposed in order to make up large structures such as garage assemblies for example. Application: Buildings. <IMAGE>
