PURPOSE:To enhance efficiency and to reduce heat by feeding back the output of a current detecting transformer to the input of a sense amplifier of a switching regulator. CONSTITUTION:The series circuit of the switching element 11 of an inverter, the primary winding 23 of a current detecting transformer and a load 12 is connected with an output terminal 9. A current flowed to the terminal 9 is converted into an AC current, and flowed to the primary winding 23 of a current detecting transformer and the load 12 since the element 11 is turned ON and OFF under the control of a pulse drive circuit 10. After the voltage induced in the secondary winding of the current detecting transformer is rectified and smoothed, it is applied to the negative input terminal 18 of a sense amplifier 17. A switching element 19 is controlled ON or OFF by the output of the amplifier 17. |
