PURPOSE:To make a position of a V-shaped projection coincide with a laminated axis direction, and to obtain exactly a skew angle of a slot by deflecting a position of the V-shaped projection worked to a laminated plate, at every punching, and turning a die of blank punching by synchronizing with said deflection. CONSTITUTION:When a ram 11 descends, the tip of a rotary punch 13 is fitted into a punch groove 20 of a die 19, a steel plate is cut and also a V-shaped projection 5 is formed. At the same time, an outside diameter punch 17 punches a laminated plate 7, and it is laminated by half-fitting on the laminated plate 7 in a die 21. After punching, by synchronizing with an ascent of the ram 11, the rotary punch 13 and the die 21 are turned by a prescribed angle in accordance with a skew quantity. Accordingly, a position of the V-shaped projection 5 is turned and superposed vertically in the punching direction of a slot 3, and the slot 3 is half-fitted in a state deflected by a prescribed skew quantity. In this way, a shift or a deformation of the V-shaped projection 5 is not generated, a skew accuracy of the slot 3 can be held satisfactorily, and a yield of a removing armature core production can be improved. |
