Prosthesis for replacing aortic valves, with a rigid annular body configured as a valve seat, which may be surgically sewn to the aortic wall by the textile hem arranged on its outer side, and with a closure part having the shape of wing valves pivotingly arranged on the annular body which free or block, depending on their position, the passage through the inner opening of the annular body. The annular body (1) is configured as three arch segments (2) interconnected at their ends (3) of which the planes are arranged at acute angle with respect to the base surfaces defined by the contact points of the arch segments. In each arch segment there is arranged a pivoting wing (4, 20) with a swivel axis (5) situated in the region of the arch ends and traversing the wing, of which the smaller part (7) covers the arch segment (2) and of which the larger part (6) comprises two inner edges (8) extending according to an obtuse angle with respect to each other, their configuration being such that, in a blocking position, each inner edge of each swivelling wing (4, 20) approaches the adjacent inner edge of the neighbouring swivelling wing (4, 20).
