PURPOSE:To obtain secure separation by mode by tracking a boundary from a pixcel forming the boundary of an area and by separating the area having a size more than the prescribed value and square vertexes >=1 from the other area. CONSTITUTION:When the composition of a sintered ore used in a steel making industry is analized, it is necessary to understand structures and existing modes of the main ores; such as hematite and vitreous silicate. In terms of hematite, it is necessary to separate and 2nd hematite having a large area and square vertexes >=1 enclosed by straight lines and the 1st one having a round shaped small area in order to analize the hematite. A display mechanism 1 displays a picture of a sintered ore, and an extraction mechanism 2 extracts only a hematite picture out of pictures. Then an area classification mechanism 3 classifies an area consisting of a coupled component, sorts out an area having a size more than the prescribed value and that having the smaller size than the prescribed value, and the latter is considered to be the 1st hematite. A boundary of the former is tracked by a boundary extraction mechanism 4. |
