The device for feeding spray liquid has nozzles 3' which are arranged with their mouths 6' opposite the entry side of an elongate chamber 5' open on one side and having the same length as the grinder stone. The chamber 5' is arranged directly on the wood shaft 2' on its leading side and, in its part adjacent to the wood shaft, is made relatively narrow in order to generate as high a dynamic pressure of the liquid as possible. In particular, it tapers in a wedge-shaped manner towards the wood shaft.
